    Most or all aren't though. Some of the larger ones would come close but would probably still fit. Remember Mogs were designed for operation in Europe with more space restrictions than us.

    What sucks is the height...being over 7ft. That means all your maintenance is done in your driveway, which can piss off your neighbors. When working on a wheel seal that took a few days, I'd roll back a tire and lean it in position to make it look like it still had 4 wheels on the ground.

    There's one of these for sale down the highway from me. I used to help build these. It would meet your needs.

    Oshkosh Defense HET ... used to haul main battle tanks. It's like a semi truck juiced up and hit the gym with a 700HP 18 liter diesel and 2 50,000 pound winches.

    Don't know about you guys, but my need to haul and recover MBT is limited. I think something like this would be better suited to camping with the family. oops, I mean mean skottle-bunning.

    Ran into one of the sales reps for these beasts in Wendover this weekend. He was sporting this monster. Makes those Earthroamers look small. Even had a toyhauler ramp in the back.

    I recall thinking a very similar metaphor for a dear neighbour of ours, though frighteningly, no metaphor is required.

    For what it is, it isn't THAT bad. But it's still really bad. 2 MPG. For contrast, the Abrams tank takes 2 gallons per mile...
