Did 2nd gen grille design change before 2012?

When I upgraded my 05 to the 2012 front end, I had to give away the front grille for free

 

05-11 front end were the same, in 11 the grill was updated design, however it fits on 05-10. 12-15 new grill, headlights, front bumper, and hood.

 

Just installed it a couple of hours ago and when I seen that picture, I had to run outside and look at it - twice. It must be the camera angle; it fits up nice and looks a heck of a lot better than the old one.

 

Re: 2012-2015 refresh: The faux vents next to the grille/headlamps moved from the top to the bottom. The directional signals/daytime running lights were reduced in size. The center piece got a mesh pattern (instead of solid) on either side of the logo, and the upper/lower grille slots got thin vertical and horizontal bars as did the bumper slot. The fog lights were made smaller with a change in the surround from round to semi-rectangular. The lower bumper section changed from body-color to matte-black with square indentations left and right.

 

Only 2011 had the hexagon in the grill
