    I am sure that if one went in and showed them the retail prices of those parts, added a reasonable amount for labor and negotiated a bit, they could do much better.

    No, you don't get a prerunner bumper. That was just in the throwdown file photo. It wasn't listed on the price list or shown in any photos except the 1st pic which isn't even a pic of the one for sale.
