    The SysOp of another BBS could petition to have one of my users banned due to the user being "Excessively Annoying"
    But... The complaining party could also have sanctions imposed for being "Excessively Easy to Annoy"

    You're probably doing 80, but everyone else is doing 90+

    If you aren't being passed by truckers, you're probably doing right about 75.
    Seems to be about where they cruise through NM and TX.
