Does the SR have the Fog light switch on the stalk? I thought getting fog lights to work properly in an SR, also required changing out the left stalk on the steering column.

You’re using a separate switch, stop using randomly found wiring harnesses and run your own wires for your dog lights. Your problems will resolve

 

So I spent 20 minutes or so with a line tester, found this harness that operated in conjunction with the column switch. It does everything I want. I guess the only 2 items I should have asked is should I use an in line fuse(1) & the only thing I notice is an extra load on a relay if I leave the lites on if I cycle the column switch, no problem if I have fogs off. Does anyone see a problem with this setup?

Inline fuses are always good. Do the dogs use a relay that is activated by the power from the stock switches?
