How deep was the water you drove thru ? Check air cleaner (filter). Pull plugs and crank it over and install new plugs . You might have water in the gas also . Hopefully a mechanic will chime in here for you . Good luck

    Is your air filter wet?

Is check engine light flashing? Mine got water in it once.. Light flashing, smoke, weird sounds. I didn't let mine die, just enough gas to keep it from dying and once the smoke cleared I was fine

I know the flooding is a pain, and this will only add to it, but I would change the oil and spark plugs asap. Hopefully it's enough to stop it from getting ruined

When you get water in like that you're supposed to take them out, crank e engine so anything inside can get pushed out though the holes and then replace them with new ones

Hey man, where are you now? I'm right outside Houston and can meet you to help you with this if you want.

We can go over your truck with a fine tooth comb.

    Let me know.

Could the voltage be screwed up due to a flooded alternator?
