    I saw someone yesterday at Gadzooks enchiladas and soup in Phoenix. Silver double cab, shell, sliders, KMC Enduros, and a hitch bike rack. The dude that got into it looked like someone I have seen at a meet before but I wasn't 100% sure.

    It's sorta Chipotle style where you build your own enchiladas they cook them and then you have fresh ones by the time you pay. Place is packed during lunch! I have never been there in the evening though. There is also a place called Fired Pie that is same concept but Pizza and really good.

    Maybe Stapley and Guad? I would have been on my way to work. The B has a SDHQ sticker on the back, would have had a tired looking angry driver in scrubs and excessively loud music blaring...

    What were you driving? I am usually pretty good at spotting other tacos.
