It's not terrible for full time positions. I've been with them for 14yrs. Hate all you want but I enjoy it. Ha. At least the store I'm at. Got some great co-workers.. Anything part time is garbage tho. Opening/closing drivers make the most (depending on how busy the store is). Or full time managers.

Edit: I enjoy it "most" of the time. The franchise owners can be micro managing dicks sometimes and have almost quit quite a few times.

Not hating by any means. If you're working you have my respect no matter what you do. Was just shocked they pay that much.

I mean, it's not the greatest by any means. Like said, 14 years, and im still only making $14. Plus a lil overtime. Part of that is due to working for a franchise owner tho. If I remained at corporate I'd be making more. But it works. And figure I'm better off than some. Eventually ill move on tho. To what, Idk. Ha.
And some of our drivers leave with $100 some nights. Just in tips. Plus regular wages.

That's not bad. If you enjoy it then that helps. I did 10 years at big 5 and pay was ok but I didn't truly enjoy it.

Yeah I can imagine as it seems like it would be, Idk, uneventful. Ha. Always something going on here. It can be hectic and stressful at times tho managing.. I often wonder how some of these people get thru in life when they dont even know how to wash dishes or sweep the floor tho. Lmao.

That's work. Stressful and irritating at times. And being a old manager I understand.some people are ignorant and can't handle a broom or just want free money

I saw a white second gen with an aftermarket front bumper and winch yesterday. It's got a custom plate and custom badge on the tailgate but I couldn't read them cuz another car was in the way. We kinda waved to each other on i-10 near marana yesterday morning. Im not sure if he's on here or not.
