Wait, what? So driving a 3rd gen Tacoma with factory provided daytime running lights is illegal in Colorado? That does not make any sense. I think the cop was just very bored and wanted to check out your cool truck...

Re-read what he said in his post .. he said nothing about a 3rd gen with day time running being illegal, he said " for using my Ambers on the light bar. I guess you can only have 4 lights on at one time and LEDS they count each LED"

I did: "I guess you can only have 4 lights on at one time and LEDS they count each LED."

so at one time as in daytime, and I count 12 LED's in the DRL strip + the projector... Right?

LOL I'm sure a cop isn't going to go up an count your 12 leds in a drl strip. ahahahah sounds funny though, I would wanna know how many leds are in my headlights if I paid that much for a truck too ahahah

Sorry just rSorry just trying to figure out how him running his headlights with his amber pods is different from my taco running my DRL's...
Sorry just trying to figure out how him running his headlights with his amber pods is different from my taco running my DRL's if there really is a limit on how many individual LED's can be running at a time. Anyways, moving on...

maybe because he has Baja design amber lights... those aren't road friendly. the amber light bars reach far, more then just headlights. the cop probably seen him from a mile away #allthelumans

None of the Baja lights are DOT approved therefore off-road only.
