    Any photo you see that's posted by a professional photographer will have been touched up. Same story with many amateur photographers.

    There's a fine line to what's tasteful, but that line varies from person to person. OP's photo is not too bad. A few elements could be done nicer, but it's not excessive.

    Not a good professional. OP photo is bad, way too much processing. If you can tell it's been altered, it's bad IMO. Get a shot that's the photographer has used the camera to take rather than processing after and the results are far superior.
