Did you give your truck a name? What is it?

Hey guys and gals, did you give your truck a name? If so what is it and why did you give it that name? This could be fun and there might be some interesting stories behind the names we give our beloved trucks.

I'll start... I call my truck "Marvin" as in Marvin the Martian. Marvin the Martian is green, black & red. Just like my Tacoma.

 

I named mine Russell after the (former) Seahawks QB and after Russell from the movie Up!

Daisy because she's white like a daisy. Wife's truck originally (I kinda acquired it over the past few years), so she picked the name and kids got a say as well. And all vehicles are females, full stop.

I love Russ. it's hard seeing him wearing orange and blue, but happy for him. I'll be that person that buys a Denver Wilson jersey...

There's no arguing that he was good for the Seahawks. But I've gotten really tired of his lack luster playing and terrible decision making. The final straw to me, was him coming back from injury, before he was ready and ultimately, costing the team wins.

I like Russell, but as I said, it's time for a change.

 

I agree. I think he came back to early from that injury. we'll see how Lock does! We play Denver this year... gonna be interesting!

 

I wouldn't plan on renaming your truck any time soon.

I did a search 3 different ways. None of those threads came up. I thought it was odd this wasn't discussed before.

I named mine Maria!

Because my feeling about her change from day to day, depending on the nonsense we get into.
Some days its "Ohhhh Maaariiiiiaaa!" like the sister act song.
Some days its "oh, maria...." like when the dog shits in the house.

 

The key to using the TW search function is keeping the search word unique, but simple and utilizing the "title" and "forum" check marks. Sure, there was some mis-hits to filter through, but it was surprisingly accurate in the results.

 

Or you could just not click on the thread if you're annoyed by the thread title or content.
