No, I drilled them myself :(
    fronts are required in Hawaii...
I did swap the screws for smaller stainless allen head pan screws, and put foam tape behind the licence plate. Shot them with black before installing too.

I bought my truck used, and since it was already in Ontario, holes was drilled. The dealership installed my plates at the delivery.

Mine came in with the holes already, too late to ask the dealer not to drill any holes. Barely noticeable tough, decided to mount the front plate (Cali state law).

Live in ohio.... Front plates are required, I have never had a front plate on any of my cars (been driving for 23 years) and never have been pulled over because of it.

    No holes, no plate.

It would have to add points to my license or get to the point where I was being cited many times before I would put one on the front of my vehicles .. Looks like azz on most cars, trucks are a little better.... Guess I'm just anti-establishment

Not only did they screw holes in the bumper, they screwed an extra one. In Germany we have long front plates, and the bracket has numerous holes so the plate can be mounted in the factory location. They didn't line the bracket up right and put an extra hole a little off to the left and low of the pre-marked locations. The plate looked ridiculous and wasn't level. So, I had them replace the bumper. It cost them 1100 Euros, but I just got the new bumper installed today and it looks great.

No front plate required in NM, but I did put my N.T. Outback Australian plate on the front.
Keeps them guessing at the border patrol check points.
I've also had that plate on the front of my FJ60/FZJ80/06 Tacoma/07 FJ & now my '13 Tacoma.

I used a universal plate mount from autozone. I secured it with oem type plastic push plug type retainers. I then mounted plate to it with 10mm plastic flare screws.

Bought used from a Hyundai stealership, so holes were drilled and a Hyundai stealership tag was on the Taco when I bought it. :annoyed:

1st thing to come off, went to Ace hardware bought 2 .20¢ nylon plugs and colormatched them, can't tell unless you look for them. :D

No need for front plate here.
