I just put a deposit on a new 2024 4Runner Off-road Premium. The sales price is $45,680. Last year when I attempted this I could not find a deal below $55,000. Glad I waited. It’ll be a few weeks before I get it. It was just built in Japan.

Yea, I know I am buying an antique. Here’s a pic that is similar to what I am getting.

It will probably hold value better than my 4th gen and prove more reliable. Nice move, congrats!

Army green is rare in these parts. You sold that for your red truck? I love that red.

I’m keeping my 2021 Tacoma for the time being.

No, i traded it for a 23 tundra limited also in AG. I sold the Tundra in January well before their values tanked. Mine was out of service for 2.5 months waiting on the fuel line recall and I was over it. I wish I kept the 4R.

Very much an antique, but it is an absolute tank.
My parents put 206K+ miles on their 2016 on just oil changes before trading it in, not a single issue and it still felt new with that many miles.

I'm personally on the fence between a used one or getting the new Taco or 6th gen 4Runner

Congrats! Hope it finally works out as hoped. That much off sticker was worth the wait alone I would say, plus if it doesn't pan out in short order you can probably get out without a huge loss. I'd probably have a 4G had I not bought my 3G on "end of the 6MT" speculation..

Great deal for a nice truck; the black will makes it look more lustrous after every wash.

When I was hunting for my Tacoma Sport, I was looking for one under my threshold of $40K.

It just so happened that my Midnight Black Sport was destined to Easton, MD Toyota dealer with door sills & floor mats only for MSRP $38,803.

I've always been told about Black vehicles attracting heat and challenging to keep clean...I went ahead because it met my requirements.

With tinted front windows to match the rears and in-channel window guards, she is Super Cool to be in! lol

EDIT: I'd probably go with same color if I ever bought a 4th Gen...but that's not in the plans.

Not bad price.. I left the dealer with new truck for 30K which it was a '17.. I know about heat problem with black paint. I don't care. At least I have AC and inchannel window guards.

I am working on getting black wheels for my truck. I still have stock wheels... meh.. I will use black wheels for road use, stock wheels for off road since they all have scratches on them.
