Hey yall! I installed 3 inch iron man lift but I didn't get enough lift in the back, only about 2 inches. Is there anyways to add a little in the back? If so what are the best options? Ty

A new leaf pack might do it. Maybe not though since 3” is already a lot higher than stock.

What was included in the package to achieve lift in the rear?

    'feel'?

A tape measure might be helpful. Or did you not take 'before' measurements?

Good question. Did your lift kit come with a leaf pack or blocks? Anything? Or just rear shocks?

from what most people say, the iron man rear leaf pack lifts the truck more then 3”

I just recently did the standard bilstein 5100 lift with emu springs and rear aal from icon.. "I still needed a 1 inch block in rear"---is what SHE said.

Ironman doesn't sell blocks. What leaf pack did you get...they sell two. If you got the heavy load (+440lb constant load) leafs, you can get an add-a-leaf from them for like $80 and install it between the overload springs and the leaf pack. This will bring your total leafs to 8 so you will need to buy the Tundra U-Bolts from them as well. If you got the medium load (+0-440lbs load) leafs, you can either get the heavy load or add a leaf to them as well.

I got the medium lift and I did measure before and after and only got 2 inches in the rear. My bad on the info. Came with leafs and new shocks.

No problem. Also note, they had a recall on the UCA ball joints...so if you bought your lift a few months ago, might need to check into that.

They're being clowns about the whole thing. In Aus they recalled every proforge UCA made in the past four years. Stateside they're pretty much just telling us all not to worry about it. Doesn't make any sense.

Who told you not to worry about it in the states? I contacted them and they took good care of me.

Wonder how many failures they've had? Seems like it could be a dangerous situation or is this just a precaution? I'm on a road trip in Outer banks and now I'm worried a little lol

That's good to hear. I had an excellent experience when I installed my kit a few years ago. I got a bad batch of leaf springs with bolts installed backwards. Gouged a nasty gash in my fuel tank and they covered entire cost of replacement.

Was hoping for a similar response on this. I contacted them last week and still haven't gotten a response. Will try again.

Have seen several screenshots of people in the states who have gotten replies from them saying the recall doesn't cover USA products.

I was on Rimrocker trail when mine gave out. It was still holding together but was super loose. Managed to limp it to Moab to change it. You can check yours pretty easily...grab the top of the spindle just below the ball joint and pull outwards...see if it moves.

Call them, don't message or email. If you can get Bubba, he will take care of you right then and there. John takes a little longer to get things going.

If it was me I'd look into a 1", 2° tapered block. That 2° will help with driveshaft angles and the 1" block won't hurt the ride.

Right on I appreciate the heads up. I've worked in government for too long and operate under the "of it ain't written down it didn't happen" philosophy... So I usually avoid phone calls.
