I have a 6” ready lift and was wondering if anyone out there found a way to drop the front diff more lower to avoid the axles from having a higher angle. I have a 3rd gen Tacoma 4x4

The axles usually have fairly good angles in the drop bracket, there is no way to alter it as it is bolted directly to the bracket.

Usually a 3" lift has a worse cv axle angle than the 6" drop bracket lifts.

True @Bishop84 but I did crank my truck up to 8-8.5” and I wanted to know if I could do a diff drop one the after market drop bracket so I could maintain the height while having less stress on the axles

No because the brackets that attach the diff to the bracket are custom, you cant use a spacer like the standard diff drops. You'd also be causing more stress on the prop shaft, which at that point you'd best be off removing it.

There’s no way to drop this diff without cutting and welding.

That’s the 6” spacer and the coil over is the 2.5 bilstein cranked to the very last notch

    Still thinking about it.
6” spacer lift? Really? Is the control arm relocated somehow?
