    only use one if you actually need one though. I've heard some horror stories about diff drop kits. it lowers the mounting point 1 inch lower, which only lowers the diff like half an inch. but makes the mounting point much easier to get caught on something while offroading. pm mjp2 if you have questions about it

    I'm hung up on the fact that I'm gunnuh loose ground clearance cause Im always offroading. I only got 3 inch lift so the angle on the boots really don't stress the boots to much. Bought the truck 65,000 n the left outer cv boot went and now the right inner boot went at 87,000 so would it be smart to jus to change the axle and not worry about gettin a drop kit?

    So since I have a diff drop on currently, would you suggest I remove it?

    If you have any minor vibrations, I'd definitely try removing it to see if it cures those. Otherwise, it won't do anything bad leaving it in there unless you happen to do what Mike did in the thread I posted above, which isn't very likely.
