Diff Drop ?

    For just a standard Diff drop do i have to cut out a section of my skid plate to fit the diff when it is dropped that extra .75-1 inch? thanks for the help.

    Drifter wedge camper, Dual battery, OBA, ARB locker, 4.56 gears
    If you're talking about the stock skid plate or the TRD one, then you don't need to cut anything. Take out the 2 rear bolts of the skid plate, put the diff drop in, then use the extended bolts to replace the rear bolts

    What is a diff drop? Do you always need a diff drop with a lift?? I got DCSB want to go with toytec oem...will i need one...can someone post a pic of an installed diff drop....thanks:):)

    Spoiler alert: They are basically useless on 2nd gens.
