    hi
    i have a 2002 tacoma stepside 4x4
and a few days ago it started making a sound from the rear diff
at high speeds (4 and 5 gear ) it makes a loud humming sound
and at low speeds it makes a weird grinding sound when i let off the gas
and just today the rear diff light was blinking on the way to work.
by the time i got to work the rear diff light is fully on.
