difference between 96 and 01 60/40 split bench seats???

Looking to buy some seat covers from a guy I know, they are Hatchie bottom neoprene covers. He had them in his 96 taco and I have a 01 both 60/40 split bench seats. Will they go from a 96 to the 01 without any issues?
Also are these good covers what do you guys think about them?
I had a 96 years!! ago and cant remember if they are the same, I know they were close but the arm rest my be different if I am remembering right.

The armrest is slightly different and the contour of the cushions is slightly different too. Probably close enough to work though.

 

OK I might meet up with the guy and try them on and see what they fit like
