Difference between body color Fender and Black Fenders

What is it? Is it a model choice or a Trim choice?

 

I believe it is a trim choice, mostly like an upgrade. I have a 2014 TRD Sport and mine came with all color matched bumper and door handles. but I have seen other 2014 TRD Sport's that just have the chrome rear bumper and black handles. Not sure what the price difference would be though
But the trucks with the black front fender and no fog lights, those are a base model

 

yea my is Body color all around, How depressing!

 

I much prefer all color matched, looks great! only bad thing is the rear bumper and get scratched easier since it has actual paint on it

 

Flat black fenders and bumper is the base.
Color matched fenders, chrome rear bumper and grill surround, is the TRD OR
Color matched everything is the TRD Sport, also has a scoop on hood.
