Sorry, I meant ordering a set of Alcan leafs from Alcan which can handle extra weight, but only provide 0-1" of lift, not the set that wheelers offers.

Wheeler HD packs are made by Alcan.

Really? I thought these were just a cheaper Dakar alternative, providing the same heights as Dakars with and without the removable leaf.

You said you wanted less lift than the Tacoma Dakars give but with a greater hauling capacity than stock , that's what the Wheelers HD pack provides , and if you want less lift from them you can remove one of the leafs

Did you go to the link I provided and read the info ?

I did, but they don't provide any lift numbers, just say it will ride higher than stock depending on load. That could mean 3" or .5". I'd ideally like to be where the TSB pack sits, a little higher than my 2+1 pack, and be able to load up camping gear without bottoming out over a Ticonderoga pencil.

I would suggest calling or emailing Wheelers

    From Dan at Wheelers:

"With our HD pack, if you remove the 3rd leaf, it will be about 1.5" of lift.

For your situation, I would recommend the standard 3 leaf aal set. Maybe
just use the upper two leafs from the set to not get the full 1.5" of lift."

So, lift-wise, they're similar to Dakars...3rd leaf removed on my Dakars gave me about 1.75".
Since the Wheeler pack uses less leafs for about the same amount of lift, they are probably stiffer than the Dakars.

Why don't you just ask Wheelers what the spring rate is

Hilux rear leafs other than the eyelet size are not dimensionally compatible with our Tacomas. This per ARB USA. FYI.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
