    What are the differences between an intake like K&N vs. a DIY buy pieces from autozone or o'reily stores?

    THey don't suck ....i got beat by a 4runner today and i know other tacomas with intakes. Plus they make heat shields....

    What kind of tires did the 4Runner have?

    If anything the bed cover would be an advantage due to more aerodynamics... :)

    i had it open for the first time when i was driving...but it isnt the lightest thing...
