I am planning on replacing the stock sport rims with either TRD Pro 17 inch wheels which have a lower offset or Mickey Thompson Classic 3s which have a negative offset.

Sport offset is +30. Compare than to TRD pro at +4 or Mickey Thompson at -12. I'm concerned this will make the tire stick out, especially when I upgrade to more aggressive tires. I will be using the stock tire size of 265/65/17.

In Ontario they do not allow the tires to stick out past the fenders. Should I be concerned?

The Pro, tire will poke 26mm.
The MT, tire will poke 42mm.

I have 275/70/17 with a -10mm offset wheel and many tires stick out maybe 1/4”.

I get this much poke with the 17 inch TRD 4runner wheels with a 265/70/17 tire. As you can see I'm even with the fender flares.20180929_165353.jpg 20180929_165321.jpg 20180929_165526.jpg

So the MTs are out. The Pro seems close. Are there any well-known brands that produce aftermarket rims with a similar offset and width to the Sport rims?

I guessing not as off-road rims tend to have a more sunken profile.
