so i bought a can of rut-oleum undercoatings just to have it stolen by my brother. he's always doing things like that. he stole boxes of tile from my mother when she was redoing the kitchen and bathroom. so anyway, my mother went and bought a can of submarine/air cooler undercoating and offered for me to use that since mine was stolen. i just don't know what the difference is exactly between this one and the rust-oleum. the rust-oleum said for auto use right on the can and that you can use it on primed or bare metal. i'm going to use this ti paint the bolting tabs on my sidesteps. also it says the rust-oleum is a rubberdized spray, while this other one says ti asphaltic. anyone familiar with the difference? should i just go buy another can of rust-oleum? any advice? thanks
