Differences in 1st gen and 2nd gen

    I searched earlier today but didn't find exactly what I was looking for. I don't know if I didn't put in the right discription or if I put too much. What are some of the differences pros and cons of the 1st gen vs 2nd gen. I want to buy a double cab either way. I've read the 2nd is bigger, but how much bigger? As in interior room? Trying to decide which route I want to go and 4x4 and auto is a must.
