Ok so my truck has 33x1050x15R on three of the tires but when i bought this truck it came with one 32x1150x15R so im guessing the wider tire is compensating for the weight difference. I have looked everywhere for the Toyo m/t tires and cant find them. Will this ruin my differential when i switch to 4 wheel? and is it really a problem?

The diameter of the tire is what will mess with the differential not the weight of the tire. You should definitely have all your tires the same diameter. So either all 32's or all 33's.
