I just installed the Toyotec Ultimate Lift last weekend on my 2010 Taco Sport DBL cab short bed. I installed the front coil-overs as is, which were pre-set at 2.5". I also installed Bilsteins & 2" AAL on the rear.

My questions are: Is the Diff Drop really necessary? what is its purpose? (I assumed it is to lessen axle angle but I'm not sure.

Thanks for any help. This site has been a very helpful source of info!!!!

do you have any vibes driving down the road? If not, don't worry about it as the drop only decreases the angle by like 2*. If you have vibes, maybe try it out.
