I am removing my front and rear differentials and swapping them to another truck. Should I swap the driveshafts too so they front become out of balance?

You do not need to swap driveshafts if you swap diffs. Driveshaft balancing is not specifically dependent upon any other parts outside of the driveshaft assembly (nor vice versa).
