Diffs/Tranny/TCase Synthetic Oil Change?

    my trucks just about to turn 9000km old (somewhere around 5000mi i would assume). I'd like to change everything over to fully synthetic oil, can't really find a straight answer on here about when would be a good time. Should i just wait till the 30000 service to do it, or will the gears have seated well enough by now that it shouldnt be a problem? i'm 75% hwy with the occasional off roading. Any suggestions? also i've been reading some good things about the Redline brand of oil. is it worth it?
    i have a 4cyl 4x4 with no lsd in the rear

    you are good to go as far as changing it all over now. redline is good oil.

    what grade redline would you recommend?
    i'm thinking 75-90 for the diffs and 75-90NS for tranny and tcase

    75w90 is fine for both diffs and transfer case.

    havent priced either of them yet, but apparently, so is redline heh
