Diffs, trans, and t-case fluids? How much and what weight?

Like the title says I want to change out my all my fluids. It's an 03 manual v6. What fluids do I need? How much? What weight? What's the best brand of synthetic? Are the t-case, tranny, and diffs the only things that need to be changed if I wanted to hit everything?

 

If only they included some kind of manual with the vehicle that had all this information in it....

 

Redline MT-90 is a GL-4 synthetic oil frequently recommended around here for manual transmissions. I recently changed to this and got smoother shifting when its cold. My five speed used 2.7 qts.

Since I don't have a 4W drive truck, I'll let someone else handle the other parts, but GL-5 90w is generally recommended for rear differentials. (or a multigrade oil, like 80-90w)

 

It tells amounts in the owners manual but I just did this a month or two ago. I used Redline MT-90 in the transfer case & tranny. If I remember right you will need 4 quarts for that. In the diff's I used Valvoline full synthetic 75-90w. Well I used that in the rear anyway but auto zone only had enough for the rear so in the front I used Delo full synthetic 75-90. Don't remember these amounts at all but the rear was I think almost 3 & the front is only 2 something like that.

 

Front is a little over 1.5qt. Transfer is about a little over 1 and rear is 3. I used 75/90 GL5. I have not done my tcase yet but it should be the easiest to do.

This is for the second gens but they're similar amounts I believe.

Thank you I appreciate your recommendations about what brand you like best (not included in the manual I just downloaded).

 

I put 75w-90 Lucas in front/rear diffs and manual tranny. Shifting is noticeably stiffer around the freezing mark.
