How accurate is the read out on the display in Tacoma's?
I have 265 R17 16 tires and the recommended PSI on the door panel states 30.
The readout deviates between 34 & 35. What's up? Can anyone explain?

When are you checking the pressure on the cluster? First thing in the morning or mid day, before driving or after? The pressure in the tire is going to fluctuate a little due to temperature, I think someone said like 1psi every 5-10 degree difference. 30 is the recommended cold psi for the stock wheels.

Someone else should be along shortly to chime in and give a much better reply than I did though.

I am checking different times of day. I just wanted to make sure and see if anyone else had this issue.
It was raining here this morning and when I started off from the red light, my wheel spun for a second.
Maybe oil on the road or something. I just do not want my tires to wear out too soon! Thanks!
