So many opinions which is great and it really comes down to personal preference on style and looks combined with performance. After looking at reviews and user comments considering: Morimoto XB Headlight $1300/set (like the look), AutoOne LED Taillights $160 (look great) and Tequison Fog lights. All have good user reviews and add ti the look of the Tacoma. All available from Amazon with good coupon Black Friday savings. Thoughts?

We can definitely help you with the XB LED headlights. Probably get you a better price than Amazon too.

As for the fog lights, @CraigF linked you to some good resources. The fog lights that you referenced are going to be a decrease in performance. Anything that tries to do 2 things separately is likely not going to do either very well. If you want something similar to OEM look and in that price point I recommend the Diode Dynamics Type B Elite fog lights.

Read the threads in Tacoma World and the technical info was amazing. Having said that I want to get the best quaility, performance and looks for my $$. CraigF given you expertise which would be your 1st choice for all three applications? Your opinion is extremely valued. Your opinion on those referenced by hotshotsoffroad?

If money is no object/looking for absolute best performance, then OEM LED headlights + Diode Dynamics SS3 Max fogs in selective yellow.

Best bang for the buck, Philips H9 swap into the OEM halogen low beam + Diode Dynamics SS3 sport in selective yellow.

Note that OEM LED and the SS3 sports will be insufficient at melting snow if that is a consideration in your area.
