I know the orange one on the bottom is just a reflector but the clear light at the top has an orange bulb in it and comes on with the lights but is it supposed to blink with my directional on? Never noticed it.

thanks. going for a sticker this week and thought they should blink so cars to my left and right could see I was turning. couldn't remember if they ever did but looked like a simple parking light bulb when I took it out to look at it.
