ARB front bumper with mile marker winch, Custom made all quarter inch steel rear bumper. Demello rock crusher slider's. So I ordered Dirt King LCAs they finally arrived after 13 weeks. After having installed them, they don't fit properly and I know it's due to my 6in lift with Pro Comp spindles. Dirt king does not tell you this in the description or when placing the order nor do they ask.

My question is, do I need longer bolts with spacers to drop the LCA because it's now binding up.

    Thanks for any help.

    Pics and torque specs?

If you have a drop-bracket lift with spindles your LCA geometry should be fairly stock, though DK does ask that you contact them for DB or spindle lift applications.
Over-torquing the bolts or CV angles should also be in the troubleshooting sequence: I'm not sure where you're binding from your description.

I had factory LCAs on it as of yesterday. I don't understand if these DK LCAs are the same as factory they should have bolted up the same way.

    Here is some pics

My concern is that ball joint cup will rip away from the lower arm with a hard hit. That cup doesn’t seem to have any gussets or an overlay , welding it firmly to the arm.

Also also, if you are going through all the effort for stronger aftermarket lower arms why not get something made out of 4130 , beefy with large uniball pivots . Camburg lowers for example (all uniball pivots) . If you don’t mind spongy flexible ploy bushings frame side, TC makes a boxed uniball lower too. The uniball will also provide for more misalignment before you bind up.

that drop down bracket might not be so bad . Is that spindle made of forged steel or cast ? If it’s cast I would remove the drop down bracket kit with spindle and all . Run the stock spindle reinforced with aftermarket upper and Lowers.

The bolts that are in it now are from Pro comp and they are shorter. The bolts DK gave me are for a factory toyota spindle not a Pro Comp spindle. So I'm gonna get some longer bolts and use the supplied spacers
