LSK race long travel, King 2.5x10 coilovers, 2.5x10 bypasses and 2.0 bumps. 2.5 Tundra fox rear DSC shocks, Icon RXT pack, Icon bump stops. 4.88 w/ TruTrac. AFE Y Pipe, URD cat-back. CSF radiator, OVT 91 tune, Ripp coil packs.

I saw pictures of the rear spring under set up on Instagram. I noticed the frame seemed to be notched where the bump cans are which is the first I've seen on a production rear spring under. why did you decide to go that route. Is this going to be comparable to the camburg or DMZ spring under kits that are available as far and travel and set up?

We have the frame notched to use all the travel the leaf springs and shocks will allow for. Our spring under kit can be installed without notching the frame but it would limit the up travel by an inch. That doesn't sound like much but up travel is more important than down travel and if the only trade off is slightly more work it's worth it in our opinion. I don't know enough about the other kits to compare but I'm extremely confident in our design. The kit is capable of 20" of travel and has 18.25" of travel with our bedcage and spec bypass shocks. The travel is limited around a 1/2" with the limit straps so in total it safely achieves 17.75" of travel. With that amount of travel it requires a custom drive shaft. The factory drive shaft safely allows for 15"-16" of travel. The 2"-3" of travel that is lost is down travel so it's not a huge loss in performance in comparison if the up travel was limited.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a pic of the sua installed. Does your kit provide any hangers?

That sounds almost perfect for my set up since I am installing the LSK race kit in the front now. I have been torn on what to do with the rear and I dont want to 4 link the truck, but need something that will keep up with what I am doing to the front. I have had my driveshaft already modified to add a slip yoke since the 2wd dont have them, but will need to probably take it back after I finished with setting up the rear. When is the rear kit due out?

Visit our Instagram to view some of the photos. Sorry I would post them here if I had them on my computer. We'll be offering a complete kit consisting of front hangers, rear hangers, shackles, and all necessary leaf under mounting hardware. We'll also sell the frame plating, bump stop kit, shock mounting, and bedcage separately.

Our rear kit would pair perfect! We're all working hard to get it released as soon as possible. It's looking like we have a month to month and a half left until it's released. We've been taking preorders and will be offering introductory pricing on any of the new products up until their release. Shoot me an email if you're interested or if you have any questions. dustin@dirtkingfabrication.com

We like hearing people using our product to it's potential and happy to help! Shoot me an email with a picture of the side that still has the logo plate so I know which one to send. In that email also provide your mailing address and I'll get one sent out to you along with rivets. My email is dustin@dirtkingfabrication.com

DK the best, they hooked me up with one when I lost it as well. IIRC the rivets were AL on the originals and the replacements use SS rivet. My new ones are far from straight anymore and still holding tight.

I own the truck that Dirt King prototyped their spring under and bed cage on. I highly recommend anyone looking I to a spring under kit to purchase this kit. I’ve had the DMZ SUA on 2 previous trucks and this kit far out performs both. I opted to have Dirt King notch the frame to gain the additional bump travel which was very important to me. You can’t match the manufacturing quality and craftsmanship when buying a Dirt King product. They stand behind all their components and are a real top notch company

This will be a nice game changer for the trails. Going slow through the rocks running 37s tends to wear out quite a few racks so my buddy and I figured a way to get a double ended ram to work out for us.

Ignore the caked on power steering fluid, I drove it 6 hrs home from the last trip and went through 4 quarts of ps fluid.

Picture number 5. They cut the frame vertically to allow the axle to move up a few more inches.
