Quick post here on my experience w/ Dirtcom. Went down the path of 295s, not realizing I'll need to find a home for the larger spare tire. After looking at all options, decided to check out Dirtcom. They were nice enough to invite me down to their warehouse in Upland where they fabricate and help with installs. The install was done in less than 20 minutes. With my go fast camper, I wanted the swing out to open and lock at a specific point. On the spot, they fabricated a custom hinge for me to match my needs. Never have I seen this level of detail and attention to customer service. From the owner, to the crew (David x2) and Lloyd who took my initial call and answered all 30 questions.. these guys are top notch and the product reflects. Thought I'd spread the good word here and share a few photos as well. For those that are into the classics, the warehouse visit itself is worth a trip. Neat to see where all the production work is done, from fabricating, to powder coating, and final installation. More to come on offroad use out in the wild .. soon!

Glad you had a good experience. Their product is very well made no doubt.

My experience is a bit different. I placed an order for a Trailswing, table, and brackets, on Mother's Day 5/12. Finally received the Trailswing 9/4 but no table or brackets. I was told they would be "shipping soon." Fast forward to 10/21 and I was told it would be "shipped by the end of the week." It's 11/11 and I'm still waiting. I can't even get email responses anymore.

a lotta money spent, lotta scars made
This company is one of the shittiest companies to deal with. Never responds to emails, can’t even leave a message to cause the voicemail is full. When they finally repsonds, they give the same shitty excuse n never hear from them again. Oh it’s coming back from powder coat. It’ll shit next week. They supposedly stop production so they can catch up on orders and 2 weeks later are taking orders. Lead time isn’t 4 weeks like stated on website, I’m at 4 months with a tracking number and item isn’t even picked up n it’s been a week. Finally talked to them n they said some bs that ups can’t pick up all the orders…shitty as company.
