So...I think I found out that I have a 'T100/8.4" Tacoma Non-ELD' rear end. AKA 8.4" or 8.25" rear end

Yep. You have the non e-locker, 8.4 diff in the rear and 8" reverse clamshell in the front. 4.10s are stock gears. 4.56 for 33s, 4.88s for 35s to get power and speedo back to as close to stock as possible. Get a solid spacer and cv bushing for the front, get a solid spacer and a Powertrax lockright locker (highly recommend this) for the rear.

Install isn't that bad. You can swap the rear in an hour by yourself and the front in 3-4 hours.
