    But...I need a gas range/stove/oven....whatever the hell it is!

    Trying to avoid having to pay someone to run a 220 line and retesticle for it. Already plumbed for gas and I'll have gas heat too.

    Right after me and Sandy met, I sold my house and we bought the one we live in now. It was my 3rd house but her 1st. We finished at the closing at the lawyers office and went to our new home. No furnature no anything except a sleeping bag that was in the back seat of my Tundra. We wanted to "initiate" the house. So....sleeping bag on a hardwood floor.

    Next morning I though we were going to both be going to the emergency room. Damn floor really was hard....
