    I was trying to get there as early as possible Friday so I could go out with everyone. I was bummed when I hit the campground and y'all were already out. As it turned out, that might have been a lucky break.

    After we hit a few new (to me) trails on Saturday, I think I've been on just about every green, most every blue, and about 1/3rd of the reds. Before we signed off for the night on Saturday, I jotted down a few notes on my map. I feel very confident now I could run all over Black Mountain now without making too many wrong turns.... The last part of the ride back to camp on Saturday, I think it was Brent that got me on trail 33...I still haven't found that on my map. I think my map is 2 years old and not 100% correct.

    Updated map should be a requirement.

    But it'll cost ya! Apparently $5+ is the going rate for everything at Black Mountain

    I found the link to mapping via phone on Expedition Portal. $20, but it would be mucho cool to have it lit up and on the dashboard instead of that shitty paper map in the rain. Getting nav device of some description for Christmas.

    This, or you can get the dash kit and run a tablet as your HUD instead of the stock radio.

    Another option is an android HU. Seen them in many different formats. Can include a DVD player even

    Thought about that. I'd need someone a bit more tech savvy to help me with that. You gotta remember, I'm the guy who just gave up his flip phone and still owns a Sony Walkman cassette player.

    @beertimecontinuum

    Who else?! Wouldn't trust anyone else to fondle my frame. Maybe my maintenance manager at work, but he rarely has time to do much outside of work, eat, and sleep around the clock.

    Off the top of my head not looking at a map. 33 connects 12 and 25. The intersection is called Malfunction Junction. It should be on your map from last year because it's on mine. We ran it last year too :notsure:
