Looking like cab mount relocate brackets, body lift, and new body bushings are coming. Along with front bump spacers, too.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
If you do body lift, will you still also need bumpstop shim?

    For reference

    @ ~90,000 miles
Removed 3rd from top leaf in Dakar HD pack
    Oil change
    Serpentine belt change
Began fit for 35s, basic ass CMC not good enough, hammered pinch weld
Cheap AF eeebay snorkel installed, required effort, lots of measuring, and beers. 3 1/2" hole saw, not 4". Using 3" ducting with a 3" - 4" Fernco to get into air box.
AC compressor clutch pulley assembly. Have on hand, not yet installed.
Need to get my 5th tire/wheel mounted. Thanks to @rdpoe for the wheel!

    Just ordered:
All Pro body mount relocate kit instead of hack job CMC nonsense
    3/8" bumpstop spacers for front
    Longer bumpstop bolts
    New lower strut mount hardware

Contemplating new LBJs if I need them, looking at the Mevotech TTX since the Moog are so hit/miss. The TTX line of their parts claim to be tougher than their other lines and touted as "heavy duty" on RockAuto.

    I'm gearing up for a revamp of the front end, sort of;
Driver wheel hub is letting me know it's there once in a while, I'll do another O'reilly $100 fully assembled special, then rebuild both the OEM hub assemblies.
100% fucked my alignment on passenger side and the cam tabs NEED welded NOW! I don't think anything is seized, but been a while since I messed with them. The uppers are fine, just noisy SPC bushings, UBJ should still be solid as well. I'm worried about the LBJ since I've never done much with them other than grease with a needle fitting.
I also might have skipped a tooth on the steering rack. Passenger rear cam is completely in, passed the tabs, but steering wheel is about 30° or so to the left. I've neglected a proper alignment far too long.
I'll get my second set of spindles gusseted in the next couple weeks and install them.
Planning for one notch of preload on the 5100s :)fingerscrossed: please be enough) and space the front bumps.
Body mount/cab mount relocation bracket install.
Investigate why it looks like my rear axle has shifted to passenger side. More than likely an optical contusion due to the bedside wrinkled like my sack, let's hope.

Once that's all done, I'll figure out what the hell I did to my frame.:help:

    One year later!
Still okay so far. Went ~6 mos without a rear, been ~6 mos with the new in. I've not had to crack it back open since break-in, but I'm still a little gun-shy over the failure. My driving at Rush in August would say that's a lie lol!
Man oh man! How I wish were both wrong here. Definitely was a spring failure.
A sizeable chunk of one must've found it's way into the gear mesh so perfectly it made the pinion hop on the ring teeth, chowdering up at least 4 of them. I stand on this platform, though; when I was at Rush with my cousin in Oct '19 and tried to climb a rock face, I hit the DS enough to cause some movement, which then caused the eventual spring failure. In my case.

FYI, I'm not the only person to have found pieces of springs from these lockers. I should be an okay human and contact ECGS or Richmond and let them know what I've found, for the greater good. On the flip side, there are plenty of others that haven't had this issue at all. #notsureandindecisiveAF

Still not going to an air locker. That'd be more annoyance than squeaking poly bushings and a clutch install!

If there's a revolution in their design to mitigate the leaks, I like the idea of them. Extra air compressor and on/off when I want it, are the real benefit. But, I'm seeing the light and dark of 35s, may have to battery relocate and avoid adding more into the engine bay.
Until then, I'll continue to grenade diffs with tiny lil springs. Then upgrade to an electric selectable Eaton.

How you like those mud hogs in the 315 with your 4 banger? Im thinking about making the jump. Being an 8 ply have you noticed any issues with punctures off-road?

Sometimes I wish I had 5.29 gears just to get them rolling. They aren't too heavy, I know of 285 (10-ply) sized tires that weigh the same or more, so that's a perk. They aren't too terribly noisy with roughly 5k miles on em, but my alignment is anything but good atm, needs work. Good traction on most any surface I've encountered at this point, mud, rocks (dry and wet), wet pavement, and decent in snow because they clear treads well.
Far as a puncture; hasn't happened YET. I've only been out with them 2 times, August 2020 Rush, and one other time fooling around on old mountain logging roads down in SE KY.
BUT!! At Rush, I did get into something that tickled the sidewall of one tire, it's gonna be the spare that lives in the garage/bed of the truck. Treads didn't chunk out too badly either.

Bottom line: Bigger and fatter. Perform pretty well in all conditions I've thrown them at, just don't drive like a complete window licker any more. And they're dirt cheap
