    I am back from the trip. I will get some pics of the reroute up tomorrow. I will work on the sound clip this week (hopefully I can do it justice going to be shot on a iPhone). The sound below 2100 rpm is a nice deep tone. When you get past it oh boy does it get loud (hopefully family likes it). It puts a smile on my face. I went through the tunnel in PHX and OMG I felt like a Porsche or Ferrari owner. I had a smile on my face from ear to ear. The truck seems more responsive. It feels likes the RPMS get up quicker. Definitely feels like it has more power. First time I had the traction control like come on(on a slight turn). MPG will vary as you want to punch it all the time. Driving on cruise control (stock exhaust)seems to get 16 on the way to SD and on the way back got 18. Not sure cruise control is the best for gauging MPG but its the only quick thing I could do. I did this with the built-in gauges. An interesting note I do not have the OVTune but Kieth thought I did so the exhaust does something good. If there is a turbo for this truck I can see myself getting in trouble real quick.

    I am so glad you LOVE it! I knew you would. The best part about this system is how Keith can customize it to each member and there wants. I know it has not been dyno tested and there are some that have an issue with that, I get why, but now there are two of us saying the same exact thing. It definitely provides more power! I think there will be a lot of members that absolutely love this system. It is a one of a kind! :cheers:

    This is the second custom thing I have done to the truck and the sound is unique so I will stand out in a crowd of Taco's. He has some options for people with different taste. I wanted something aggressive and got it. He definitely can tone it down for others who might not want it like mine.

    Sounds great!

    As a M/T owner, I'm above 2100 ALL THE TIME while on the highway lol. I guess I'll have to pick a somewhat "toned down" version if I go for this system.

    Awaiting sound clips of various options..

    BTW, as far as dyno testing goes - has Keith spoken to Mat about this?

    Because of the customizable nature of this fine system EVERYONE will see different results in their install, so don't get hung up about there being no dyno numbers available at this point. What is important is that YOU see results in YOUR install. If you have to have dyno numbers:

    Chassis dyno.
    Stock baseline.
    Install.
    Re-Chassis dyno.
    Results.

    There is a chassis dyno within 50 miles of 90% of the people on here. If dyno numbers are important to you then go get them for YOUR install and share them.

    Well, the family likes to punch it. Damn my MPG's are gone. She noticed a horsepower gain and I didn't tell her there would be.

    Update everyone.

    Prototyping is done.
    Production engineering is done
    We are building the webpage in the morning

    There will be a Black Friday sale. It will be announced in the morning.

    These will be sold in a very very unique way. There will be nearly unlimited options. All built to order. All bolt on. All shipped anywhere in the world. All of these points are what sets us apart on top of being able to ‘go loud’ without drone!!! Or we can go mellow. Or we can go stock quiet. Or we can ....

    I’ll post up a link to the webpage and an example of a few different configurations. All priced based on materials and labor. With clear pricing. And concise descriptions.

    Also, we are looking for another local Tacoma. We only need the truck for a couple of hours. And need it not this week, but the week after. There’s a couple more things that we want to try;)

    Alright guys n gals. We are working on graphics for the flyer and the webpage as we speak. But in the mean time here’s some info:

    This particular system will have to be sold as 4 parts. Some parts are mandatory for the system to work. And some are optional.

    For this system to have the absolute best low end torque, and to not sound like a tractor we have to make the mid pipes equal length. As everyone knows stock driver side mid pipe is ‘weird’ to put it nicely. So it needs attention anyways.

    Our site will have drop downs for all 4 parts of the system:

    Mid pipes
    Y pipe
    Muffler section
    And helmholtz resonator

    The mid pipes are mandatory. As well as the y pipe and muffler. The helmholtz is optional.

    I’ll start with options for the 4 parts:

    A. Mid pipes;
    You will be be able to order these a few different ways.
    1. You can ship us your stock mid pipes and we will modify them to be equal length with the appropriate flanges for $100. You would have to pay shipping both ways. But that price wouldn’t be outta control. We ship a lot of big packages.
    2. You can order brand new custom built mid pipes in aluminized steel for $460 or in stainless steel for $560. And we can add ceramic core cats for $300.

    B. Y pipe;
    The y pipe only has two options. Aluminized steel $380 or stainless steel $480. And to keep maximum low end torque the y pipe is of course equal length;)

    C. Muffler section. There are several choices with the muffler section. This along with the mid pipes will dictate how your truck will sound. The two first choices are aluminized steel or stainless steel. After the decision has been made as to which material the muffler section is made of you will need to decide what sound you’re after. Because there are 4 choices for the muffler section;
    1. Straight pipe $75 aluminized steel. $100 stainless steel. (Very aggressive. Not obnoxious but higher frequency. No raspiness.)
    2. 12x5 muffler $250 aluminized steel $350 stainless steel. (Still very aggressive. But cleaner sounding than straight pipes. Still a kind of high pitch but by no means ‘ricer’)
    3. 16x5 muffler same pricing (much more of a clean sound. Somewhat deeper. More subtle. But when you step on it the system still comes alive and is very aggressive!)
    4. 20x5 muffler same pricing (clean. Deeper. Mellow. Yet still very aggressive when on the throttle.)

    *All descriptions are based on having cats in the mid pipes. If you choose no cats in the mid pipes all of the above descriptions your truck will be substantially louder.
    *We will likely add more muffler choices when we do more testing of non catted mid pipes.

    D. Helmholtz resonator. This device is solely used to reduce drone. As a matter of fact this device is best described as flipping a switch and turning off the drone. While it’s not necessary to compete the system it’s a key part to allowing your truck to be very aggressive on the throttle yet nearly quiet as stock on the highway. Even if straight piped. This part is $150 aluminized steel. And $200 stainless steel. This same device is used in our tundra systems. And we shot a video a few years ago showing how to install it. It installs into a Tacoma almost exactly the same way. The helmholtz resonator install starts at about 10:30 in the video: https://youtu.be/i79q3q3kaHs

    Keep your eyes out for our flyer with a Black Friday sale. And look for a link to our new Tacoma webpage coming soon.

    So, if I read this correctly, there is not a way to just get the mid pipes now, and use with my current cat back while I save up to change the muffler et al at a later time?
    If we get the new mid pipes from you, is there an option to ship our old ones back to you for a "core credit"?
