Do yourself and your family a favor, reach out to someone. Wounded Warrior Project has resources, VeteransCrisisLine.net has a number you can call, there are people out there that can help. A buddy of mine here in NY (a retired Gunny) heads up an outreach program for guys having trouble with PTSD. I am positive with a little research you can find the right people in TN that can help you out. No shame in reaching out, a lot of us have had to. It's part of being human and coming home and by coming home, I mean fully returning.
