Disabling DTRL and louder horn advice

    I've searched the site and can't find anything posted. I'd like to disable the DTRL's on my '11 Taco and I'd also like to get louder horns for it w/o having to make many modifications to get them to work. I looked in the owners manual at the fuses and I don't see on for the DTRL's.. Anyone know how to disable these?

    Not sure about the DTRLs, mine doesn't have them but look into Hella Supertones. They were recommended by others a few times in the past.

    baby seat and a muffler
    for the horns just take off the little metal covers on the ends of the horn. it takes 30 seconds.

    as for the dtrl this should work for you

    This thread shows you how to wire up a switch to turn your DTRL's off. It's a very simple mod and works great.

    x2 on removing the metal covers on the horns. Big difference.
