    Yeah, and in that scenario it isn't on airbus.

    My original point on the panels coming off planes was that if it's a panel removed by the airline during their ownership, then they are responsible if it falls off afterward. Unless, of course, some kind of true defect can be shown to be present that their removal/reinstall has no impact on.
