    was waiting for someone to take it the wrong way.

    He's sixteen with a BA truck that he wants to spend all his money on. Just saying that bike is going to take backseat here.

    I ride when i can too. Nothing against bikes here at all.

    You can not put a disk on the rear of that bike, your frame doesn't have a disk mount. And you would need new wheels. As for your fork, it should have some oil in it, but most likely it is an air shock and needs some more air. Don't just pump it up like you would the tires on your truck, there is like 10psi in there maybe.
