Played once in AL with my brother and once prior to the winter storm here in CO with my girl. Doubt we will play this weekend unless the snow melt picks up

That's pretty cool. Didn't know that was a thing!

    @Shibbyjeep, how'd the tourney go?

Partner and I shot -9 on a pretty tough course. We played well. 1st place shot -10. 3 teams shot -9. We lost the CTP to determine 2nd and 3rd in the pro division.

Damn, that's really good! Even though you didn't place, that's still really good. Was it best disc?

I played a couple rounds this morning too. It was freaking COLD! Like 29° when we started. I have poor circulation to my extremities, so I had to grasp my hand warmers in between throws. Still didn't keep me from playing like shit, which was frustrating.

It was 28° when we started at 8:30am but warmed up to 36° by the time we finished the tourney around 2. I wore jeans but should have worn shorts. I freaking love winter temps!

My disc golf country club is getting a new clubhouse. The guy is retrofitting and old train car or something into a Pro shop.

That's a very old pic, there's an entire deck and roof built above it now. I will get an updated picture soon.

But I wanted to show yall the floor he's putting down right now

Me and my friends played frisbee golf today at a 18 hole par 3 park. It was drizzle rain, foggy, muddy and 40 degrees, yet the parking lot is half full and plenty of people playing disc golf. Rain or shine right?

    I'm all about some DG!

I play as often as I can (which isn't as often as I like lately). I mostly play at the Ole Miss course here in Oxford. It's pretty decent (recommend it over the others if ur in the area). I've played at a bunch of courses and always carry my disc with me tho I'm not OCD about my skill.

@EatSleepTacos where you playing? I've played a few course around Fort Walton & Pensacola.

I play at blue angel recreation park! They've got three courses there. The Oaks, the pines, and the palmettos.

Got a round in yesterday with some of the guys from work. Had a good time but the grouND had some strange mud. The top 2 inches were dry but if i planted my foot hard I'd slip in the mud below the surface. Still the a mostly even round after grip locling on the drive at 1. It must have gone 250 the wrong way. Mulligan to start was tough but good humor for everyone

I've been there! I hate when that happens. At our course there's a bunch of trees on either side of the fairway, so when that happens, it's a bad day.

Found someone's disc in the brush last weekend, contacted the name on the back and he asked to leave it at the local shop. Couldn't resist getting a few new ones. I've really started to like the gstar plastic after finding a used roc3in the bin months ago. My driver of choice is a wraith so I got one in gstar, I got a roc3(as a spare) and a tee bird3 because I have read good things and wanted to try it. I'm pretty pumped about the weather this weekend and hope to play a round or two.

Nice! Can't say I've tried that plastic yet. All of my innova discs are champion or blizzard (has air bubbles injected to make it ultra light).

I was able to get a couple rounds in today, then making a trip to Alabama tomorrow to play a couple more rounds.

I played a lot back in high school. Still have a bag with a half dozen or so discs and a few cheap ones for when I bring people.

If you're ever near Aberdeen, SD to check out the woods course at Richmond Lake. Epic, other than the mosquitoes.
