If you don't have one, a Tens unit is worth it's weight in gold. Best $35 bucks I ever spent. I put it on, set the timer for 60 minutes, and it does a fine job of stopping the pain.

 

Chiropractor uses one on me after my adjustment. It has 6 pads for different areas .

 

For me it is my c-spine C4 through C7.

Last time I was at the spinal doc, he told me there is a good chance of spinal cord compression. Something about hyper reflexes in the left arm.

Bad thing is the MRI people refuse to schedule the mri until I prove there is no implants from a prior surgery so old the medical records are not available. Then the recovery from a other surgery then a case of covid19. I just kinda went back to what I was told a decade ago. "Just learn to live with it"

is not always an option. Pain can become debilitating and cripple you up so bad, that you can't get out of bed, go to the store, wash laundry ect. I'm having issues again right now. I'm hoping that it's just a sore back from over doing it, but right now I'm having a hard time convincing myself.
