Discontinue Jdm Mirrors

Just a FYI if you bought it from eBay there could be a 50/50 chance they might be in good shape or might be broken and also the running lights are blue not white so you might get pulled over from that, my buddy ordered his from eBay and one pair was Crack here’s the one I have but I did not bought it from eBay

you got a write up on wiring these? My taco already had 4 runner mirrors from 1st owner. Is the wiring the same as a 4runner?

 

howd the install go? just got mine.

 

Still haven't started. Still winter here in Michigan, and in that I use my truck everyday, I just haven't taken the time to tear off the mirrors and get into it. I think I will get another good set of used mirrors and transfer the guts n' wiring, and sort, splice and string the wiring, and then do the swap. I also bought some mirror-heating elements that I have to sort out that will be installed at the same time.

 

I've been waiting for someone to design Ditch Lights, that adapt to the factory mirrors.
Maybe something like, when their folded in, that activates them.
Or have them on a switch on the dash.
