I'm finding two of the rubber fuel lines at the fuel tank have been discontinued.

Are these just standard fuel line hoses that can be substituted with some high quality fuel injection type hose?

Has anyone replaced the two part numbers listed below?

    77279-35020
    77279-35030

Parts that appear to be available:

    96132-41100 (qty 4)
    23091-75020 Flare Nut Hose

    Discontinued hoses circled.

    Are they just rubber joints?
If so, go to the auto parts store and buy a foot of the correct id hose, they appear to be clamped joint tubes, but, I’m not able to visually confirm this as I am not looking at your rig.

yes, it will work, as long as you have the same diameter. Just cut it to the desired lenght and there you go

I believe those are vacuum lines. The actual fuel lines are metal with flare fittings.

The return and vent hoses near the tank are regular fuel hose.

Be careful disconnecting the flare fittings. Turn ONLY the smaller male fitting, the larger female is a factory swage concave which looks like it will spin but it does not and MUST be held stationary while the male fitting is unscrewed from it.

interesting, i was just fumbling around with these rubber lines neck deep under yesterday trying to figure out what the process is going to be for the pending tank removal
i honestly thought the fuel is coming through these 22.5 year old rubber lines like on my old 70s toyotas going into the fuel filter
it seems like they were sprayed (or overspray) with undercoating like is under my taco bed

On an 04 the pressure line is a special push to connect line. The others are regular hose.

I will be replacing my fuel tank soon and came across your post. Could you share a photo of the flare fittings you mentioned? Thanks for the heads up on this.
