Discontinued part - where to find?

What are you guys using to find discontinued / hard to procure parts?

I'm currently unable to find a discontinued part for my seat - it's the plastic adjuster assembly that allows you to move your head rest up and down in charcoal/ grey.

Unfortunately, no dealer near me nor the ones online carry this part anymore. Also, salvage yards don't carry this specific part without requiring you to buy the whole seat.

 

Sounds like a pick n pull type of part to me.... If you get my drift.
